Allows installation without needing to enlarge or modify the slot for most standard cutouts. | Extra Manufacturing Step: Edge Deburring for Safety. - Basic strike plates are stamped and inevitably leave shearing burrs on the edges. We add an extra edge grinding process to remove these burrs, leaving the edges smooth and helping prevent being scratched from an exposed strike lip. | 1.2mm Thick Stainless Steel: This strike plate is made from 1.2mm stainless steel (some finishes may measure 1.1mm thick after surface polishing wear), slightly thicker than traditional 0.9mm plates, providing reliable basic security. | Surface Covered with Protective Film: The strike plate surface is covered with a protective film (except for the Oil Rubbed Bronze finish). Please peel off the film before use. Note: The protective film may show scratches or wear from manufacturing and handling, but this will not scratch the surface of the strike plate itself. | Set of 4 Strike Plates: Includes 4 strike plates and 8 screws.
