ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Are your products made to order?
Yes! All our products are made to order, especially designed with Native American-inspired themes and printed using advanced techniques. This ensures the highest quality and uniqueness for every customer.
What materials are used in your items?
We use premium materials for each product type. For example, our curtains and bedding sets are made with soft microfiber fabric, while our doormats use anti-slip rubber and durable polyester felt.
Are the colors true to what I see on the website?
We do our best to accurately represent all products. However, due to lighting and screen differences, actual colors may vary slightly from images.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your item, select any customization options if available, add it to your cart, and check out securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We allow changes or cancellations within 6 hours after the order is placed. Please email us immediately at support@melihazu.com if you need to modify anything.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Production time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping time (US): 7–15 business days
- Shipping time (International): 10–20 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees and times vary based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track it via our Order Tracking Page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Yes. We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
We sincerely apologize. Please email us photos of the product and packaging at support@melihazu.com and we’ll resolve it ASAP.
CUSTOMIZATION & GIFTS
Do you offer gift packaging or gift messages?
Currently, we do not offer special gift wrapping, but our products make great gifts as-is and ship in clean, protective packaging.
