The screw hole distance matches the original, so no re-drilling is required. Please choose the appropriate version (Large or Small) based on your screw hole distance. | Used as Latch Hole Filler on the Door Edge. (Note: The large version is not applicable.) The small version of this product can be installed over the latch mortise slot on the door edge, as its screw hole distance (1-5/8") matches that of the slot. It can block the latch from extending to prevent accidental locking while still allowing the door handle to remain in use. Alternatively, it can be installed after removing the door handle to give the door edge a smooth and clean finish. Please note: The large version's screw hole distance does not match this slot. | Built Heavy-Duty to Last. This product is constructed from 2.0mm thick hardened stainless steel. Compared to traditional 1.0mm sheet metal, the thicker material extends the service life and offers better reliability. | About the Finish: The matte black version uses a powder coating process. Compared to electroplating, the powder-coated surface is hardened, features slight textures, and resists stains and fingerprints. The satin nickel version is hand-polished to present a clean and neat appearance and is paintable. | Wood dowels are included.
