At Melihazu, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every item is made with care and crafted upon order to ensure the highest quality. However, we understand that issues can arise. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items and requesting refunds in a fair and transparent manner.
1. Return Window
We accept return or refund requests within 30 days from the date you receive your item.

If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund
We only accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

You received the wrong product, size, or color.

The item does not match the description on our website.

The package was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier).
Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing (if the correct size was ordered as per our chart), or delayed shipping caused by force majeure events.
3. Required Proof
To process a return or refund request, please email us at support@melihazu.com with:

Clear photos or videos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

A description of the issue.
We may require return of the item depending on the situation.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other accepted returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

If a refund is issued for a product that doesn’t require return, you will be notified via email.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective goods.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing the product and cannot cancel or adjust it.
